Apartment 1

The Apartment 1 lis on the ground floor.

Handicapped people in a wheelchair are able to use this apartment, because it has only two steps,

one at the entrance and one in the apartment. (two chutes for the wheelchairs are existing)

In Room 1 is a big slide door to the outdoor sitting area.

The maximum occupancy for Apartment 1 is 4 Persons, minimum 1 Person.

In Room 1 is one double bed, in Room 2 one bunk bed.

A extra bed (shakedown) is possible, but it will cost extra.

The Apartment has an extra bathroom with toilet and shower and kitchen with a corner seat.

The Apartment's total area is 62 m2 .

Pets are not allowed in the apartment, only on request.

Prices: from 99 Euro /Night to 119 Euro/Night (depends on season) exclusive City Tax (1,40 Euro/Night from 12 Years)

Children under 3 years are free of charge in the parents bed, from 3 years + they have to pay the regular price.
